Peter is a seasoned businessman with over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. He has served as Director, Vice Chairman, and Chairman for organisations such as Lifeline, Middle Harbour Yacht Club, and Making Waves Foundation, bringing valuable leadership, governance, and strategic insight to SHWS.

John Creighton​

Wildlife

John is a dedicated wildlife rescuer, naturalist, and educator. Founder of Wombat Care Bundanoon, his award-winning work in wombat care and conservation has earned national recognition. With a background in teaching, counselling, and the military, John brings deep field knowledge, passion, and community leadership to SHWS.

John Gray

Legal

John brings 50 years of commercial and property law experience, with a strong focus on strategic negotiation and governance. He has also made significant contributions to the not-for-profit sector, serving at board level and as honorary solicitor for multiple charities, strengthening SHWS with legal insight and a deep commitment to community service.

Grant White

Projects

Grant brings extensive legal expertise in litigation and negotiation, focused on achieving positive, commonsense outcomes. As a 22-year founding board member of the Paraplegic Benefit Fund, he also offers deep experience in charity governance and compliance, supporting SHWS with strong leadership and operational insight.
