Refund Policy

At Southern Highlands Wildlife Sanctuary, we deeply value the generosity of our supporters. As a registered charity, we rely on donations to carry out our rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation programs.

Due to the nature of charitable giving, refunds are issued at the discretion of management. We kindly ask all donors to double-check the amount they intend to give before finalising their donation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect donation amount was entered.
  • A donation was made accidentally or in error.
  • There are exceptional or unusual circumstances.
  • A recurring donation failed to cancel correctly when requested.

Important Notes

  • If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer valid and should be securely destroyed or shredded.
